The program “Verbindungen fördern” (Promoting Connections) aims to strengthen model supra-regional alliances in the independent performing arts in Germany. It addresses structural funding deficits, a consequence of Germany’s federal cultural policy, by providing targeted personnel and financial resources to enhance collaborative sustainability between states.
